I love salt baths. One of my mentors suggested them as a way of cleansing way the energy of the day.
HIMALAYAN SALT BATH
DETOX, REPLENISH, RELAX
Soaking in a pink himalayan salt bath will soothe sore muscles and fortify bones with trace minerals such as magnesium and calcium. It will recharge your energy, boost metabolism and trigger inner healing. This soak also promotes skin hydration as the salt gets stored in the upper layer of the skin which forms a protective barrier to lock in moisture and prevent dryness. It can help to bring relief to skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis as it promotes skin hydration and ph balance. It can also help to heal insect bites and blisters. These bath salts contain a therapeutic blend of essential oils featuring lavender and ylang ylang that will stimulate feelings of love and romance. *results may vary from person to person.
Directions – For a standard size bath tub, dissolve 4 tablespoons into warm water. Relax and enjoy the healing powers of this bath soak for at least 20 minutes.
